I came in for my first guitar not knowing much and Jimmy made sure that by the time I left I not only had a great guitar in my price range, but a free strap, picks, and he even showed me how to identify replacement strings in the future. I had just come from a big chain guitar shop and was turned away by the employees because their acoustic room was closed for maintenance, which had been
disappointing, so I looked around for other guitar shops and found this gem. Jimmy was quick to assist once I walked in, in stark comparison to the other store, and he made me feel very welcome as a beginner. I will only be going here in the future! Thank you so much!
Polite and very helpful staff. Every time I go in Jimmy has been super helpful and knowledgeable, knows exactly what I need despite my inability to recall the proper terminology. He is always is spot on with his suggestions. A wide variety of equipment and a very central location will keep me a loyal customer for life. The big box competitor doesn't hire knowledgeable staff and it takes too long to track down an employee who doesn't turn out to be helpful at all. Go there! Support local businesses! Bought new guitar from them because they were the most helpful and let me try out guitar’s. In fact they offered and helped me find some options. It took me a few visits, just as cool each time. Love this place they have nice private rooms to try out guitars even
Had to take my guitar in because it had some crazy warping going on with both the fretboard and bridge. It took a lot longer than expected but the task was a tricky one. These guys pulled through and fixed my guitar way better than I think another shop even could come close to. Thanks for your repair guys, I'm a permanent fan of Guitar Czar!
I called before stopping by to see if they had a pedal that I needed for a gig that day. They set it aside for me and all I had to do was walk up to the counter, give them my name, and pay for my pedal. They checked to make sure I had everything that I needed and sent me on my way. I have friends who do business here regularly and hadn't stopped by until recently. Highly recommend Guitar Czar.
